Founded in 1987, MicroLumen, Inc. is the International leader in the manufacture of high performance medical tubing.

Our primary material is Polyimide tubing. Polyimide is a thermoset plastic which provides excellent mechanical, thermal and chemical properties. Our tubing is manufactured with tighter tolerances than conventionally extruded plastic tubing.

MicroLumen's diversified product line includes custom laser machining, PTFE and composite constructions, sub-assembly and braid reinforced shafts that solve specific tasks.

Our products are used in a wide range of low-invasive, critical applications such as Cardiovascular catheters, Stent deployment systems, Urological retrieval devices and drug delivery.
